They request more training,especially on personal capability and certificates, more paid holiday and abonus schemes(not just applied to senior management, but also to basic level). 建議:Recommendations: 基于目前的情況,更多的帶薪假期應該是可用的,培訓是企業和員工的雙贏戰略政策,也使員工更有效地工作。在效能上,建立一個合理的獎金計劃是一個好主意,讓他們覺得這個是有價值的員工激勵。在我看來,員工培訓和獎勵方案都是可用的方法也是降低員工在公司離開的辦法。Based on the current conditions, more paid holiday should be available,training is a win-win strategy for both thecompany and staff, which makes the staff more efficient in work. In addintion,to establish a reasonable bonus schemes is a good idea to motivate the staffand get them feel valuable. In my opinion, stuff training and bonus schemes are both available approachesto decrease the high staff leaving in our company. |
